• When you purchase products or services from us, we will collect Salesforce-specific data such as your organization’s Salesforce org ID, Salesforce org name, and the number and type of Salesforce licenses that your organization possesses;

• When you enter into any contractual relations with one of our business partners (i.e., Salesforce, Inc.) that specifically refers you to our services, we receive the information submitted by you to such business. Examples of information submitted by you to such business partner that we may receive via email include your name, email address, company name, and phone number.

This website also collects personal data to power our site analytics, including:

We do not respond to browser-based “do not track” signals. Currently we do not have any third party sites who push content to our site.

This information assists the Company’s team in contacting individuals to schedule demos and provide relevant marketing materials. sonpito does not sell personal information to third parties. Data collected from LinkedIn users is strictly used for contacting them to schedule demos or send relevant marketing materials. LinkedIn users have the right to unsubscribe from sonpito’s communications at any time. sonpito reserves the right to implement cookies or other tracking technologies on its LinkedIn page for purposes such as improving user experience or analyzing website traffic. sonpito is designed for business use and is not intended for children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we've collected such information, please contact us immediately.

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) (Civil Code Section 1798.100, et seq.) (collectively, “California Law”) and “Shine the Light” laws provide you with additional rights regarding your Personal Information. This Supplemental Notice for California Residents supplements this Privacy Policy and applies solely to eligible residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”) as of January 1, 2023.

• Commercial information: Such as records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

• Internet or other electronic network activity information: Such as your browsing history, search history, time spent on our Services, date and time of access, number of visits to our Services, and information regarding interactions with an Internet website, application, or advertisement.

• Inferences drawn from other Personal Information: Such as inferences drawn from the above information that may reflect your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, or similar behavioral information.

Please note that some of the categories of Personal Information described in California Law overlap with each other; for instance, your name is both an identifier and a type of data described in Cal. Civil Code 1798.80(e).

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them and the CCPA regulations provide guidance on how to implement the law. This landmark law secures new privacy rights for California consumers, including:

In November of 2020, California voters approved Proposition 24, the CPRA, which amended the CCPA and added new additional privacy protections that began on January 1, 2023. As of January 1, 2023, consumers have new rights in addition to those above, such as:

• The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information collected about them.

If you are from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), sonpito legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

sonpito may process your Personal Data because:

• We need to perform a contract with you;

• You have given us permission to do so;

• The processing is in our legitimate interests and it's not overridden by your rights;

• For payment processing purposes;

• To comply with the law

Your Data Protection Rights Under GDPR

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have certain data protection rights. sonpito aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

• The right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

• The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.

• The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

• The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.

• The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where sonpito relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the EEA.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.

We do not track customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to browser-based DNT signals. Currently we do not have any third party sites who push content to our site.
